The room was a superior family room and it was quite spacious. breakfast offered various options (i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries!). i found the staff to be responsive. They quickly addressed a minor issue with the tv.

The room was spacious. The view from my room was amazing, I stayed on the 12th floor. The location is relatively good, I could walk almost 20 minutes to Skanderbeg Square. The staff at reception knew English.

The restaurant did not operate on a 24/7 schedule, despite its advertisement on Google. It was closed upon my arrival, forcing me to purchase overpriced snacks from the minibar. The walls are thin, I heard my neighbour talking. I found this quite disturbing.
